An easy going woman has been brutally stabbed to death and her body dumped near a river for allegedly spreading HIV.

The police in Russia have revealed that a woman who was brutally murdered may have been killed for spreading HIV.
The woman identified as Tangaru Ramazanova, 25, was found with multiple stab wounds in the city of Kizlyar in Russia's south-western Republic of Dagestan. Her body had been wrapped in plastic and dumped in grassland close to the Terek River.

Detectives say the victim was known locally for her free and easy lifestyle and they believe she may have been killed in revenge after infecting one of her sexual partners with HIV, the virus that can lead to AIDS.
She was found dead, stabbed about 20 times in the body and had also been punched in the face. Ms Ramazanova's body has been sent for autopsy and police have requested confirmation over whether she was HIV-positive.
Police have launched a formal murder investigation and plan to speak to as many of the woman's sexual partners as they can identify.
